Based on the global blockbuster videogame franchise from Sega, SONIC THE HEDGEHOG tells the story of how the world's speediest hedgehog embraces his new home on Earth until he accidentally knocks out the power grid, sparking the attention of an evil genius. After a small-town police officer discover this small, blue and incredibly fast hedgehog, he must help him defeat Dr. Robotnik who wants to do experiments on him.

Set in 1970s, follow the adventure of young Gru who tries to join a group of supervillains called the Vicious 6 after they oust their leader, the legendary fighter Wild Knuckles. The interview turns disastrous and Gru along with his Minions goes on the run with the Vicious 6 hot on their tails. Luckily, he finds an unlikely source for guidance which is the Wild Knuckles himself! Soon, they discover that even bad guys need a little help from their friends.
